The Ajorpeme Institute – Ethics and Social Development was born in 2003 with the objective of working with the Joinville and region members and community, the Social Responsibility, its benefits and its obligations.

In this sense, the Institute promotes the Program Repensar (Rethink), that aims waking the businesspersons in the importance of its company viability and shows that it could generate profits to its company. This all because exists a new vision of costs reductions, clients loyalty, image that reaches the market, and others agents that contributes with the cash desk.

Another important action of the Institute is the coordination of projects like Junior Achievement in Joinville. This has the objective of waking the enterprising spirit among young students that are performed by voluntaries and maintained by Micro and Small Enterprises.
